Common questions

What's included in 'all years outstanding'?

Your annual plan covers all unfiled years, not just the current year. If you haven't filed for 3 years, we file all 3.

When is payment taken?

Payment is taken at signup. Your plan renews annually on the same date.

What if I miss the September 30 deadline?

We file as quickly as possible regardless. Late filing has a penalty of Rs. 1,000/day. Filing late is always better than not filing.

Can I switch from Individual to Diaspora?

Yes. Contact support and we'll prorate the difference.

Is there a refund policy?

If we fail to file your return before the annual deadline, we refund your plan fee.
